Our philosophy is only to provide the finest linen and decor. Please read thoroughly!
I accept payments with most major credit cards and Paypal. Please do not send me messages with your credit card information. I do not handle the payments. Cancellations must be done within 30 minutes of the order or else it will not be accepted. I process orders right away that is why I cannot accept any cancellations after 30 minutes of the order confirmation.
The shipping times are indicated in the description section of each listing. I ship (Monday to Friday), only after the receiving of the payment. Please do not place and order if you need to have it received within a day or two of the indicated shipping time. I try to ship as soon as possible, but delays happen. Please contact me before purchasing to check the estimated delivery time, if in doubt. Please right your event dates in the notes or else I will not be responsible for delays. I ship Fedex Ground or USPS, unless otherwise requested by the customer. All orders are shipped from the US. All domestic purchases will receive a tracking number after the order has been shipped. Orders that are less than 13 ounces will not receive a tracking number. I ship those items with regular postage so I do not have a tracking number to provide.
