Introduction

Here are my shop policies: Information on Shipping, Payments, Refunds and Exchanges, My Contact Information, and Misc. PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING AN ITEM. If you have any questions or have custom requests, please contact me and I will answer any/all inquires in a timely manner.

Payment Policy

I do not accept personal checks or money orders...Just PayPal. PayPal accepts debit/credit cards, please read below. Easy to do: You are able to check out as a guest through PayPal and use a debit/credit card. When you check out you will be taken to a PayPal page. Here you can choose to pay with your PayPal account or with your debit/credit card.

Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We ship only within the USA I prefer shipping USPS Priority Flat Rate. Most of the items I make will cost no more then $5.95 to ship to you via SMALL PRIORITY FLAT RATE. This shipping has a time of 1-3 business days (longer ship time will occur during holidays or in the event of a weather event unforeseen). If you prefer another shipping method, please contact me BEFORE purchase time... ALL ITEMS INCLUDE FREE INSURANCE OF UP TO $50.00. You will also be contacted with a tracking number so you know where it is in shipping process. Please contact me directly BEFORE purchase time to let me know if you require Signature Confirmation, which I will add FREE of charge. If you buy more then one item from my shop, and it can fit inside the same shipping box, I will NOT charge additional shipping. If items cannot fit securely/properly in one box you will be charged a second shipping amount.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me within 48 hours of your purchase. You will receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. **Items must be returned in their original condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed, and you as the purchaser, are responsible to pay the return shipping. In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please return the entire package in order to receive a full refund or process an exchange for something in the same price range as you previously purchased. If damage occurs during delivery, I will be happy to try and attempt to recreate the original piece. However, many of my pieces are one of a kind and recreating may not be possible.

Other Policies

Custom Requests: Please feel free to contact me regarding something you might want more customized. Whether it be colors, stones (I can send pictures of what I have on hand at the time of request), art subject, YOU NAME IT...I will be happy to chat with you! Gift Wrapped Item Requests: If you would like, I can make your item/gift a little more meaningful and special! Most of my smaller items already come to you in plain white cardboard jewelry boxes. If you would like I can wrap them in colorful paper, tie a ribbon bow around the box, add a personalized message on cardstock. PLEASE NOTE: I WILL NOT SHIP GIFT ITEM TO RECIPIENT UNTIL PAYMENT HAS CLEARED, OR IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFY THIS. Item will be delivered to purchasers residence unless stated BEFORE purchase time.
