Wreaths by Purple Petal Design's Policies
Currently, payment is received only through PayPal. All orders must be paid within 3 days of the order date. Turn around time starts once payment is received. All orders not paid within the 3 day timeframe will have to be cancelled.
All items are shipped via USPS standard or priority mail. I use heavy corrugated boxes sized perfectly for shipping a wreath. The size and shape of the box increases the cost of postage, and will be sent 2—3 day priority to anywhere on the east coast to the Midwest, all other areas will be shipped using standard USPS. If you need to receive your item sooner, please contact me before ordering to discuss the other shipping options and what the cost would be. You will receive a notice when your item has shipped along with a tracking number. International orders- please contact me prior to placing an order to discuss availability and additional fees.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I take great pride in all of the items that I make and sell. However, if you are not happy with the item you receive please contact me so that we can discuss your concerns. If we are unable to come to a resolution, items may be returned for a full refund, minus original shipping charges, if done within 3 business days of the day of receipt. All returned items must be shipped in original packaging. Return shipping will be at the buyers expense. Refunds will be issued once I have received the returned item.
