It all started with a good idea, some inspiration and a little hard work… We are a small team of talented craftsmen who create and hand craft our products in our wood shop in Woodstock IL. Woodstock is a special little town and the county seat of McHenry County, just 50 miles northwest of Chicago. We are in the heart of the Midwest and home to many beautiful farms and some gorgeous old barns. Barns made from wood that have been weathered by the sun, rain, sleet and snow and aged to perfection…Nicks. Nail Holes. And Little Imperfections. Truly make each piece one of a kind. We require payment in full before we begin any project. Exceptions may be made for commercial orders. Payment may be completed securely online with a credit card.
Wood Stock & Co will select the best method of shipment for the Goods, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Most orders ship via UPS across the United States in 1-4 business days with no signature required. We do not send our packages "signature required". If you would like this option, please let us know in advance when your order is placed. Orders will only ship on business days. Larger items such as tables will ship via a freight carrier in 3-7 days. You will receive tracking and phone call from the freight carrier to schedule delivery. The freight carrier drops the crate off curbside and requires a signature. If you have ordered something that is coming via freight carrier please make sure to find a friend or two to help you carry your furniture up to your home.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Wood Stock & Co may accept returns, or exchanges on shipments for standard sizes of benches, console tables, bar stools within ten (10) days of delivery. Dining Tables may not be returned. All custom furniture is final sale and not eligible for return. Goods that are shipped in a crate via freight carrier are final sale and not eligible for return. For all returned goods, we ask that you contact us via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your shipment and request a Return Authorization. Returns are only offered on items shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. For all returned item(s), the Buyer will be required to pay for return shipping. The full amount of the returned item(s) less any return shipping cost will be refunded. We will call or e-mail you when the package has arrived, and immediately process a request to credit your card. Please note: depending on payment option it may take up to 3 business days to see the return on your card.
A buyer has 24 hours to cancel their order and receive a full refund without penalty. To cancel your order you must contact us via email or phone. Saturday and Sundays are included in the 24 hour period. After 24 hours, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
