Woodland Soft Goods's Policies
Please review these policies carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, I will be glad to assist you.
Payment is required in full prior to shipping. If an item is reserved but not purchased within 7 days, it will be considered as released and will be relisted.
All items are shipped USPS first class unless otherwise requested. Parcels take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks to arrive depending upon holiday schedules. A tracking number is provided upon shipping. The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address, as any item that is shown as delivered, but has not been received by the buyer, is not the responsibility of Woodland Soft Goods.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Items will be refunded in full except for the shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. To receive a refund, the item/s must be returned within 7 days (postmarked) and in their original condition. I suggest that you keep the packaging as using a smaller box may damage/crease leather products. Items damaged in return shipping due to poor packaging will not be refunded. International orders may be subject to taxes and fees. Woodland does not estimate or cover these costs. Any items that are returned due to buyers refusal to pay these costs will be considered a return. A refund, minus shipping, will be granted, and the item will be relisted.
