Introduction

PAYMENT All custom orders require a 50% deposit before we can begin building the commissioned piece. The balance is due upon delivery or prior to shipment. SHIPPING/DELIVERY Delivery within 75 miles of 21229 is complementary for items costing more than $600. Items can be shipped or delivered to areas beyond our 75 mile radius. The charge for deliveries outside our range vary based on distance and toll charges. Shipments are based upon the lowest price offered by our carrier as well as a $25 packaging fee. Please message me with your zip code and the size of the table you would like for a custom quote. REFUNDS Customs orders are non-refundable unless the product arrived defective or damaged. If the item did arrive damaged please take as many photos as possible and save all shipping materials. This is unusual, but if it happens we will work with you and the shipper to resolve it to your satisfaction. We are not happy unless you are happy!
