Payment is expected immediately upon purchase. I reserve the right to re-list items due to failed payment. Please contact me if you would like to reserve an item or create a special listing.
I ship First Class Mail unless otherwise noted. If you would like another method, insurance, or delivery confirmation (tracking) etc., please convo me, and I will set up a listing for you! I usually ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in shop announcement or item listing. If I expect a delay, I will contact you. Since I do not have your exact address when calculating shipping costs, sometimes shipping prices are imprecise. If I overcharge you by more than 1 US Dollar, I will issue you a PayPal refund upon returning from the Post Office! In the interest of being green, I reuse envelopes, boxes, and cardboard. This is good for the environment, and helps me keep costs down for you! In this same vein, I do not enclose paper receipts; electronic receipts are available in your Etsy as well as your personal e-mail inbox! Please open all packaging with care, I am not responsible for damage inflicted on items after they are outside of my hands. If the item is a gift, I can ship directly to the recipient, with the item carefully wrapped. Please ensure that your addresses match. I will check these, but it will expedite shipping and guarantee your items are sent to the right place! Although most items are offered with "free shipping" for the customer, the shipping and packaging costs are not free for the seller (and in fact incur additional fees for not being designated as such). I am not responsible for items damaged or undelivered by local or international mail agents.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I want you to be happy! If you encounter any issue, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you do not receive your purchased item within 2 weeks domestic or 4 weeks international of date shipped it is your responsibility to contact us. While orders generally take less time to arrive, there is a occasionally a delay through mail services. I will not replace a print until it has been 2 or 4 weeks respectively, as most of the time the print shows up late when thought lost. If this amount of time passes, I will offer the customer the choice of another print to be shipped to them or a refund. If you feel the items you receive are not what you expected, you may return them in original condition for a refund upon reception, minus shipping charges (please see note in shipping charges -- you will be refunded all but the actual cost of shipping and current currency conversion rates). Please contact us before returning an item. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If your order is a gift for someone please allow enough time for it to arrive as I can not afford to refund you if it does not arrive in time! I will not refund if you have not read my policies page before ordering. As stated above, I am not responsible for items damaged or undelivered by local or international mail agents.
