If you ever have any issues with any product purchased from this shop, please contact me as soon as possible! I will seek to correct the situation and, if there is no possibility of correction, I will issue a full refund of your purchase price and shipping!
PayPal is the preferred method of payment that I accept. Other arrangements can be made in special situations but those situations will be rare.
I prefer to use USPS as my shipping provider. All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. If special shipping arrangements are needed (ie: Expedited shipping, Overnight, etc.) they can be arranged but the shipping cost will be adjusted to compensate for the additional charges.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, I will gladly exchange for another item of similar cost in the shop or, if no alternate can be found, I will issue a full refund including shipping. All refund and exchange requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.
I am more than happy to create custom pieces. If you wish to have certain colors, styles, anything of that sort, feel free to contact me! Bear in mind that some custom orders may require additional cost. I am currently NOT able to do any sort of engraving at the moment. I apologize for that.
