Wine Country Craftsman's Policies
A few years ago I started my little company out of my garage, just like most people and had no idea what I was doing. Struggling for space, I just wanted to design and build fun items after a lifetime of designing and building for others, I finally made the jump to artist and never looked back. When I opened my very first shop, it was just my dog and I every day. I did all jobs from creating art, organizing the shop, writing all emails to scrubbing the toilet. As demand for my beautiful art increased I found other talented and crazy artists who share my vision. Surrounding myself with fun, positive people and dogs to create world class art and designs. Our shop is located in the heart of wine country and is a one of a kind place. Not a lot of shops have disco balls and water gun stations and we have so much fun its like a bunch of five year olds with power tools. Everything we create is made to order so its the perfect fit for your home or business and we are proud to be 100% green and made in the USA.
We accept credit cards, cashier checks and money orders. We ship after payment has cleared.
Shipping is usually provided by Fedex or UPS. Large items go freight. We strive to keep shipping cost as low as possible and try to combine shipping when possible, but the size of certain large furnishings can make this very difficult. Communication is key when it comes to shipping. When you make a purchase on a larger or combined items, please contact us for shipping costs. We will totally get your the best deal! Please note-- Large items shipping via freight can not be shipped until we are provided with a phone number and all shipping charges have been paid. Customers are responsible for charges incurred by requesting additional services at time of delivery. All shipped items are insured and have a tracking number. On smaller items, shipping costs will be listed with each item. Upgrades and extra Insurance are available upon request at an additional charge. You are welcome to pick-up your item or I can deliver in the area. Delivery charges will be calculated at time of purchase. Need it in a hurry? I can expatiate almost any order for a couple dollars more. We do ship internationally. The customer is responsible for any additional customs fees charged after the product leaves the US.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your business! I gladly accept returns and exchanges Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery Any product that arrives broken or damaged will be replaced or given a full refund (Item must be returned first before refund is given). Items can be returned within 20 days for a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. A refund will only be issued if the item is in like new condition, with no wear and tear or damage. Refunds, if deemed appropriate, may only be issued back onto the card you used to pay for the item originally. We will not refund shipping cost on any incorrectly ordered items, or Change of Heart. Merchandise may be returned with written or verbal consent by us. Please have invoice number, and items to be returned prepared before contacting us. All returns will incur a minimum processing/restocking fee of 20%. You will be given a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to mark on the outside of your box. If the RMA is not seen on the return it WILL be refused. All Claims of must be made within 14 days of delivery to the customer, as per the tracking number on your package. We will not accept returns after thirty days, or on items that have been altered or custom built. When returning items, please insure the merchandise for the proper amount, you are responsible for returning the items in good condition. Any items that are custom ordered (size, shape, or other details) are subject to special returns/ refund/ and order cancellation policy. We do not accept cancellation for full refund of custom orders that are in the process of being built. You have 72 hours from the date of purchase to cancel an order before Wine Country Craftsman starts production on it. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized item(s). Personalized Items (ie. custom engraved/painted monograms, names, etc.) are non-refundable. DESIGN & DIMENSION CHANGES We reserve the right to make changes and/or improvements in design & dimensions without notice and without incurring obligation.
