I carefully pack all items to reduce any damage possible during shipping and include shipping insurance. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships and methods are described for each item.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Personalized items are nonrefundable, and each item will be as described. Each piece is unique to the grain of wood and how the wood accepts the stain. I will gladly replace any item that is damaged upon arrival or any discrepancy on my part.
