Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept many forms of payment.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is completed through USPS or Fedex and your individual shipping timeframe will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an error on our part or your item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package and include no less than 3 pictures of the issue.
Other Policies
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. We are unable to cancel any orders after this time.
