W & N Designs's Policies
All items are handmade. We try to keep as much as we can make in our "craft" time as possible. If something is ordered that we do not have in stock then it gets priority :) If there is ever any problems with our crafts, please contact us and we will resolve the issue (We have never had any problems or complaints and hope to keep it that way :) All of our crafts are customizable. If there is an idea that you have or something that you would like that you don't see in our store then contact us and there is a good chance that we can make it.
Payment accepted through Paypal. Items ship after payment is received via Paypal
We ship only in the US. All packages are shipped USPS priority. Items are usually received in 2-3 days. If you would like something shipped overnight or any other special way then let us know and we will figure out the proper charges to apply to the invoice.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If there is ever a problem with one of our crafts please don't hesitate to contact us. We have never had a problem and would like to keep it that way. If there is an issue we will do everything that we can to resolve it including replacing the item. We do not accept cancellations on customized orders.
We are very easy to work with and love what we do. If anything arises that has not already been answered then please feel free to ask.
