Payment Policy

I accept paypal, credit cards If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, items will be relisted.

Shipping Policy

I ship all items US first class mail, unless it works out to be cheaper to go priority mail (sometimes it is) Packages are generally sent out with in 5-8 days after purchase. Holidays the shipping time my be longer so please email me with questions. If you need your item by a certain date please contact me for faster shipping method.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase in any way, please contact me to resolve the issue. Please notify me immediately and return item within 7 days. S&H will not be refunded and it will be your responsibly to pay for return shipping cost.

Other Policies

Remember : I am an artist and all of my toys are handcrafted by me. So each toy is carefully and uniquely made. Each one is slightly different because I am an artist.
