Shipping Policy

Our shipment deadline is about 1-3 weeks. It depends on of which order. If you need a rush order please ask it, we absolutely can rush it. Delivery time is about 2-5 days. So be aware of ordering with enough time to be made and shipped. We aren't responsible for lost, damage or delay in the shipment.

Refund & Exchange Policy

As our products are personalized we don't accept returns or exchanges. We only start the production after approval, so please pay attention to the proof, once you approve it will be printed and can't be returned.
