Payment Policy

I accept PayPal, with the payment required upfront.

Shipping Policy

Once the payment clears, I'll ship the item within 3-5 business days (Usually on a Wednesday or Friday) Custom orders will be shipped once the item is finished to the buyer's satisfaction. (I can't be held responsible for delays in shipping, or being lost in shipping.)

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you receive the item broken, please send it back (shipping will be refunded), and I will fix it and send it back to you! If you want a refund if broken or lost in shipping, please contact me within 30 days of being received or reported as lost, and you will be refunded, minus shipping. (Please include pictures for broken items!)

Other Policies

As far as Customs go, I reserve the right to refuse a custom request for any reason.
