Hello Loves, thanks for stopping by UrbanPulse! All items are handcrafted so there may be some variations throughout the fabric and designs used. I have a passion for creating clothing and accessories, especially custom order requests. If you see something that you like but want altered in another way, color, pattern, or on a different piece then just message me! I'll be happy to make something special just for you! :)

Payment Policy

Feel free to message me with any questions on the payment process. The payment is due at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Since most products are made to order the items will ship 3-5 business days after payment is received and will arrive nicely packaged. If you are purchasing an item to be a gift then message me with a note for the card :) We can send it directly for you! Thank you for your patience and interest in my shop! Shipping throughout the United States is via USPS Priority Mail. There are options for quicker shipping methods if necessary just contact me first and we will discuss the details! This helps for the holiday season, but there will be an additional fee for these other shipping options. Insurance is included covering up to $50 on your order against loss or damages (which is very rare). For your convenience, you also have the option to track your purchase. With Priority Mail your order should arrive within 3 days of the ship date but if you would like to keep track of this I will provide you with the tracking information. International shipping is an option. The time it will take for your purchase to arrive will vary based on country. If you wish to contact me beforehand, I can try to give you an estimate. Refund & Exchange Policy

I want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase! If you are at all unsatisfied with your order please contact me and I'll see what I can do to fix the issue. Your customer experience is very important to me so I love the feedback! Please understand that since most products are made to order I do not offer refunds-I try my best to display items but I cannot help monitor color settings. Take proper size measurements to ensure you are buying the correct size for you or a friend! :)

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS: Interested in customizing an item just for you?! Message me and we can work something out! This is the most exciting part of my shop and I look forward to creating clothing and/or accessories for your personal style. Buyers who decide to make a customized order may have a longer wait to the order completion date if different inventory will be needed to make the item. Most customized orders take at least 7 days to complete. Message me first and we will decide on a price, completion date, and discuss all details of your order. Dream up the best item you can imagine and let's make it happen!
