Shipping Policy

We normally ship to you within 1-2 days. We do not guarantee that boxes, cases or envelops will arrive intact (damaged goods are reported to the carrier). We do ensure the contents against loss and damage. We ship through FedEx, UPS, and U.S. Postal Service; if you need faster shipment, we can ship 2nd Day or Next Day for an additional charge. Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii residents - your order can take 5-10 days unless we can ship 2nd Day or Next Day for an extra charge. We make every effort to get your order shipped as fast as possible. In some circumstances, especially during sales, after weekends, and holidays, we may not get your order shipped in the time specified. Please rest assured that we will ship your item as soon as we can. Please choose the shipping option that best suits your needs and delivery time-frame.

Refund & Exchange Policy

What can I return? You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund; all sales are final on custom orders. Our 15-day return policy does not apply to any custom or special order. When will I get my credit or return? Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 business days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. Most items that are in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item, but may take longer depending on availability. What about incorrect or damaged items? To avoid returns incorrect items, please be specific when ordering personalized items, please send us proper head measurements so we can better serve you; we will follow the instructions on your order, so be sure you send the correct information. If you have any questions regarding the size or color of products, please contact us prior to placing your order. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. We will send you a return shipping label for the return.
