Payment – PayPal is our second preferred method of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to make your purchase. If you pay by e-check we will not process your order until your payment clears. We do accept checks and money orders. We should receive your payment within 10 days of your purchase. Once payment is clear we will ship your item. If payment is not received within 10 days of the date of purchase we will cancel your order without notification. Payment is due immediately upon purchase unless other arrangements have been made. It can take up to 10 business days to create your purchase. If you need it sooner let me know before your purchase to make sure we can accommodate your “need by” date. We ship items by USPS Priority Shipping - almost always - as Standard USPS can take 7-10 days to arrive (per USPS guidelines) You have 24 hours to request to cancel an order unless work has begun on your custom order. After 24 hours, there will be a 20% restocking and processing fee for cancelling your order. We DO NOT cancel orders that we have started working on. We strive for a good turnaround time so please – if you plan to cancel – notify us as soon as possible. Feedback We love getting new orders. We are dedicated to every creation we make. If you are pleased with your purchase please DO leave POSITIVE feedback as we will return the favor! If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your order, let us know right away, we will do whatever it takes, within logical reason, to make you a happy customer. There should NEVER be a reason to leave Negative or Neutral feedback. We want you COMPLETELY satisfied with your purchase. We are currently charging an additional $10 for expedited orders to trump our current orders - Thank you for understanding
All purchases are custom made and will be shipped within 7-10 days. If you need it sooner please convo us and I will be glad to try and accommodate your request. All shipping is through USPS Priority Shipping - unless otherwise discussed. Our shipping rates are low and therefore insurance is not part of the cost. If you are interested in insurance on your package please let me know and I will send you custom listing to include that fee. Insurance is ONLY available upon request. I CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE for products that are damaged OR lost in transit so insurance is recommended. **If an item was damaged during shipping and insurance was purchased and USPS was the carrier - you must notify me within 5 days of delivery, no exceptions.*** If you would like to receive your package sooner - please convo me so that I can calculate the correct amount for shipping and set up a reserve listing for you. For orders needed GUARANTEED by a certain date, please contact me before ordering with the date needed and zip code so that additional shipping costs can be applied to your order. Again, I CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE for items lost in the mail with the post office or not arriving by a certain day. All products are packaged well to withstand shipping. Boxes, bubble wrap & paper are used in packaging. However, there are occasions when things break or are damaged due to the carrier handling the package incorrectly. This is beyond our control and your control, but we cannot be responsible for this. We will replace any broken item at our cost if you agree to pay the shipping fees subject to the replaced item being sent to . I will ship to the address provided by Etsy. If the address in PayPal is different, I’ll use the address provided by Etsy. PLEASE make sure your Etsy shipping information is correct! We do recycle and reuse shipping material in order to keep down shipping costs.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All items are made upon purchase so we DO NOT accept returns in most cases. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied I will consider an exchange or refund, this will be done on a case by case basis. YOU will be responsible for all shipping fees. If it is my mistake I will gladly fix the mistake and forward a replacement to you at OUR expense OR refund all fees. We read and re-read all convos before shipping so please make sure all information has been given to us accurately. I will take all measures to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition and WILL NOT be responsible for postal service issues. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact our shop within 3 days of delivery - If you feel its an issue of something we did please send photos along with your request of returning the item - An unhappy buyer typically lets a shop owner know within 24 hours of there dissatisfaction so there is NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. If you choose to return your item because for some reason you are not satisfied, you are responsible for shipping back to us at your expense - upon receipt of the item we will refund your total purchase less shipping fees. I will take all measures to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition and will not be responsible for postal service issues. If you choose to return your item you are responsible for shipping back to us - upon receipt of item we will refund your total purchase - less shipping fees.
