Two Feathers Jewelry's Policies
I create all the jewelry items in my shop, here in my home studio in a small town in Arkansas. Many of my items are made from precious metals and gemstones. Some are Native American style, bohemian style, and some are just fun and colorful pieces. I always welcome custom orders. Custom orders may take a few days. I pride myself in excellent customer service, so feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
I accept payments through PayPal. PayPal has a very user-friendly website and sending money with PayPal is as simple as signing up. You do not have to have an actual account with them - payments can be processed through your credit card. Payments must clear within 5 business days. If the payment doesn’t clear, I will cancel the order.
I ship items using the US Postal Service. Items are shipped using First Class Mail, or First Class International Mail. Items are normally shipped within 1 to 5 days of payment being received. Customers can contact me prior to purchasing if they need an upgrade in shipping, or if they want insurance on their package. All shipments come with tracking information. For some international orders, I am unable to track packages after they cross the US border. International shipping, on average, takes about 2 weeks, but it can be more or less. Once I mail the package, I have no control over it. ★ CUSTOMS FEES AND CHARGES ★ The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports. Customs fees are taxes applied by individual countries. Please be aware that in some countries, especially the UK and Brazil, these fees can be quite high. I will not mark the customs form as a gift, as this is illegal for me to do.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I normally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue, such as needing a different length or size, I will consider accepting a return and issuing a refund minus the shipping costs, or accepting an item back for an exchange, in which case, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. I do not accept returns or issue refunds for personalized items or custom orders. I am not responsible for any damages the item might receive once it is in possession of the postal service. If you are concerned about this, contact me before purchasing to request shipping insurance. Insurance is very inexpensive, normally less than $1.00, so please consider it.
