Twilight Faerie accepts Pay Pal, check and money orders. ***You do not have to have an existing Pay Pal account to use a credit card to use Pay Pal at check out. Select Pay Pal and continue to check out using your credit card as you would for any credit card processing. *** Checks and Money orders made out and mailed to: Michelle Duncan 12105 Scribe Drive Austin TX 78759 Objects are shipped with 48 hours of payment received. Objects paid for by check please add an addition 3-10 days. Item will be sent after check clears bank. *Items not paid for within 7 days of purchase will result in cancelled sale and the item will be re-listed for sale.

Parcel Post with Signature Confirmation Costumer pays shipping Twilight Faerie provides insurance for purchases over $50.00 No C.O.D (collection on delivery) Please contact me for combined shipping and prioity shipping. *International orders may require additional custom charges at time of delivery* ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UPON DELIVERY. No refund will be issued for objects thats are unclaimed after delivery attempt by USPS. If item is returned to Twilight Faerie as "unclaimed" contact will be made as soon as possible to inform customer that item is returned as "unclaimed". Customer must make arrangements within 15 days of that contact to have item re-shipped and is responsible for duplicate shipping charges.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with your purchase from Twilight Faerie is of the utmost importance. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase Twilight Faerie will issue a refund minus shipping charges through Paypal within 15 days of delivery of the object. In the event of an object is returned to Twilight Faerie for refund, costumer pays return postage. If an object is being resent to customer after return Twilight Faerie will cover cost of shipping. Should an object be injured or damaged when received a comparable replacement item can be sent after damaged object is returned to Twilight Faerie. Should an object need to be returned to twilight Faerie please use the following guidelines: Please contact Twilight Faerie to notify of the return. Returns happily accepted and refund granted with in 15 days of signature confirmation of receiving object. All objects returned must have original tags attached in the same manner in which they were received and packaged for shipping with original packing materials and shipping box with the reverse shipping information attached when possible. (This is to insure that return shipping is done in the same quality standard as Twilight Faerie to prevent shipping damage to the object returned) You will be contacted when return is received and notified of an alternative object being sent (when applicable).

Other Policies

I welcome custom and large orders. Although items offered by Twilight Faerie are one of a kind, individually made and unique, items can be closely replicated when materials are available. If you would like multiples of an item for your special occasion, please contact me for details.
