Payment must be received before the item is shipped. Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Items will ship USPS as soon as possible following payment. (Usually 1 to 2 business days) Some International orders now have tracking based on location. Orders are shipped US Mail First Class unless otherwise indicated. Please be sure to include an accurate address. Seller is not responsible for lost or delayed packages and has no control of delivery once a package is mailed. Insurance available for an additional fee. International shipping is usually by US Mail First Class. International shipping can take 3+ weeks and is not something i have control of once I ship. Priority Mail is standard on some orders and can be upgraded to on others by contacting me. Customs forms must be filled out for all International orders. I am unable to label purchases as gifts to avoid customs fees. I am sorry for any cost this may cause you to incur but I have to follow the law on this one :) Thank you for understanding. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact me to solve the problem. I do accept refunds or can exchange items. Generally custom orders are not returnable, but contact me with any and all issues. Refunds will be handled individually to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Customer satisfaction is my TOP priority so do not hesitate to let me know if you have any problems at all. Please double check the address you submit. We will not be responsible for packages delivered to wrong addresses because of customer error. Occasionally items can be delayed or lost by the mail carrier. I will do everything I can to ensure you receive your package as expected but please be aware that I cannot control the actions of the mail carrier.
