Jewelry will be shipped out within 3-5 days of placed order. Free shipping for any orders of $40 or more.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase please message or email trebirdbuffalo@gmail.com within 7 days of your order to ensure a refund. If you broke your jewelry and would like it repaired, please email trebirdbuffalo@gmail.com and we will send a shipping label for you to ship to use for your repair.
