My policies are simple - good will and good customer service goes a long way.
I take PayPal. If you are a first-time visitor, rest-assured--it's easy. Just set up an Aftcra account with a username and email address, then pay with your credit card through Paypal--no need to have a PayPal account. Please contact me if you have any questions.
First class - usually next day I always wrap carefully. If you receive it damaged, then the postal person must have run it over with his/her truck. If item weighs more than 13oz, will be sent PRIORITY.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Whatever the reason, I will refund 100%. If it was damaged in transit, I will need a photo showing the damage. If it is damaged when it is sent back to me and it appears it was due to poor packing - that will have to be taken into consideration. If it's not what you thought it would be or you simply changed your mind, you will still get a total refund. I really want this to be a win-win for both of us.
