For custom orders, we will start making them after payment is received. Please take note that if an E Check is used via Pay Pal there can be a lengthy processing time before funds are confirmed and cleared. If an E Check is used as payment for a custom order, we cannot begin to make your order until the funds have been cleared and confirmed. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. DOMESTIC All Domestic orders will be shipped USPS First Class mail. Items will be shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Shipping. (Charges apply) Please note that First Class may take an unspecified time to arrive and does not include tracking.There will be $ 1.00 USD extra charge If you want include Insurance and Delivery Confirmation to track the status of your purchase (whitin USA) International order has no tracking numbers. I have no control over what happens to your package once it leaves my hands. I am not responsible for loss or damage during transit for domestic or international shipments. If you wish to purchase insurance convo me so I can set up a special listing for you. Insurance is only available for US shipments. INTERNATIONAL I will ship all International orders ship USPS First Class mail. Please note that this service may take an unspecified time to arrive and does not include tracking. Unfortunately insurance is cost prohibited on International shipping, so I am unable to issue refunds on lost shipments. Please note that shipping is not only the postage, it includes the cost of packing materials, the value of the labor for packaging an item, gas to go to the post office etc. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me immediately. If there is a big problem, like the sizing or difference in style, I can accept a refund, if the item is returned in good condition within 7 days of receiving it, I will refund your payment minus the original shipping costs. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Same thing applies if you want an exchange: contact me immediately, return the item within 7 days of receiving it, and I'll send the new one as soon as I get yours. All shipping is the buyer's responsibility Custom orders will take extra days for production until shipping. For sweaters, boleros, poncho shawls and other big items, it will take 4-5 weeks. Please specify color choices and other details while ordering. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once a purchase has been made.
