All pieces are signed in my hand either engraved or signed with underglazes.
I personally love Pay Pal, and it is very safe. The item usually goes out the next day after you place your order if it is not made to order. PayPal or a credit card is most efficient and effective!! If you want to pay by another method, please contact me. I can put items on hold for you if you pay 20 percent of the total cost. I will give you thirty days to pay for it unless we make other arrangements. If it is not paid in the allotted time I will keep the twenty percent for holding fees. All items must be paid in full before I ship. If you need to cancel the order please do so in a timely matter. I try and ship the next business day on items not made to order. Once it ships the order cannot be cancelled but you can get a refund after you send it back. You must pay for your own shipping, though. ***For Paypal, it is not necessary to register with Paypal in order to pay VIA Paypal with a credit or debit card. Many people do not know this is possible.
If the item is not made to order it will ship the next business day, MADE TO ORDER items take two to three weeks to ship. Please check with me about when the order you made will ship. I will contact you within twenty four hours to let you know the approximate date it will ship. I handle the art piece with care and pack it so it won't break as all art pieces are made with love and hardwork.The pottery is heavy so it costs more to send but I try to make the shipping prices as reasonably as I can. Any Questions about shipping contact me, I will respond in a timely manner. Check in my shop often as I periodically have free shipping! Outside the continental United States is International Shipping. I ship First Class International USPS with insurance instead of International Priority to keep the cost of shipping down. Please contact me if you want an upgrade in shipping with International Priority Mail. **************************************************************** Info for International shipments: As with all my customers, all items are insured, I use U-Pic with Etsy. Etsy makes it very easy, now, for me to ship world wide! I pack all products with extra care. I value my product and want you to enjoy it as much as I did making it. **All products should arrive within 7 to 10 business days after being shipped, during the holidays it might be a bit longer, please contact me in a convo if you haven't received your item after three weeks. That's the average the postal service is saying. ***I have been hearing about extra expenses when shipping internationally. If there is an added expense with customs (the postal service of your country will add on a fee) when receiving the item at the destination. Since I have no way of knowing what the fee will be, it will be your responsibility to pay for it.
Refund & Exchange Policy
You must return it within 5 days of receiving it if you want a refund. You must pay for the return shipping. If it gets lost or broken in the mail...it is insured, including the shipping fee so you can receive your refund through USPS by using the tracking number. It is easier if you do this as you must send a picture of the broken piece, or show the invoice, which I try to add to all shipped items.
