All payments are through PayPal and I will ship within two days of receiving notice of funds release on standard orders with no additions. Work will commence on custom orders once PayPal notifies me of funds clearance.
Unless requested otherwise, all shipments will be made via USPS First Class Mail. I am in the process of determining the shipping charges but in the meanwhile, I will include shipping in the purchase price to keep things simple.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I will issue a full refund, less shipping charges, for any stock item returned in the condition in which it was sent, including all contents. For custom boxes, I reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund. If you wish to exchange an item, the original order must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and you will be charged for the additional shipping.
