Payment Policy

We accept Pay Pal (in USD) and major credit cards. If you prefer to use money orders or checks, please contact us first to we can arrange the transaction together. Your order will ship when payment has been received and cleared. Sales in California will include CA sales tax.

Shipping Policy

Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship your item within 3 business days. If you need your item shipped right away, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. Shipping will be USPS priority unless you instruct us otherwise. If you want special shipping options that exceed our standard shipping charge, we will let you know the extra cost before shipping and it will be added to your bill. For international shipping, we will contact you before shipping to make sure that the selected shipping option is agreeable to you. Please be aware that international shipping times can vary greatly due to customs policies. All items will be securely packed in a sturdy box, with several layers of bubble wrap.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your purchase price - less any Etsy fees - on return of the object, within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We use great care when we package items for shipping; if an item should arrive damaged, we will refund your purchase price (less any Etsy fees). In order to receive a refund for a damaged shipment, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item, and return the item to us. Your refund will be issued when we receive the damaged item. Objects, including damaged objects, must be returned to receive a refund.
