Payment required at time of purchase.
Shipping Policy: We ship via USPS either Priority Mail or First-Class. If other shipping is preferred, additional costs may apply and you will be sent an additional invoice to cover the shipping difference. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation for our records. Normal shipping time can vary between 2-4 days after the item has been made (if applicable). At that time, you will receive an email confirmation that item has been completed and shipped. International shipping will vary depending on the country & you will be sent an additional invoice for extra shipping costs.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Return Policy: To return items please contact me by email at email@example.com. Unwanted items may be returned for a full refund, as long as they are received back in within 10 days of receipt and in unworn condition. Custom designed items will be refunded for half the purchase price (50%). Postage is non refundable and you will be responsible for return postage. For exchanges, I charge a 20% re-stocking fee from the item(s) you are returning and the difference (80%) will be applied to the new pair. The cost to ship the item back to you will be $5.75 for USPS priority mail, note these prices are US. International shipping will vary.
Damages/Lost Shipment: Damages/Short or Lost Shipment: In the event of damage in transit, please email me immediately. A claim for damage during shipping, missing items, or lost shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Defective Goods will be repaired or replaced, or a full credit may be issued at our option within 30 days of receipt of goods.
