PROCESSING TIME The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME North America: 1 - 3 business days Europe: 2 - 4 weeks Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2 - 4 weeks Asia Pacific: 2 - 4 weeks Latin America and the Caribbean: 2 - 4 weeks North Africa and the Middle East: 2 - 4 weeks Sub-Saharan Africa: 2 - 4 weeks I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs MODE OF SHIPPING Each item is shipped domestically by USPS Priority Mail and internationally by USPS First Class International. If you would like a different form of shipping feel free to contact me before purchasing. I do not accept responsibilities for items lost in transit by the postal service. If this does take place please use the given tracking number to contact the postal service to resolve the issue. I will ship the item to the address listed at check out. If you are wanting it shipped to an address different than the one on your account then please indicate that at checkout.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: - Custom or personalized orders - Digital downloads - Items on sale CONDITIONS OF RETURN Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

SIZING DETAILS Some of our embroidery hoops are offered in various sizes. If they are offered in various sizes you will see a photo in the listing showing the available options, and will be prompted to choose a size when ordering. CARE INSTRUCTIONS Our embroidery hoops are made from cotton fabric and embroidery floss. They will be damaged if any liquid is poured on them, so leaving them outdoors is not the best location. It is not easy to remove any stain that might get on the embroidery hoop, but the best way to try is by using a stain remover with a cotton swab and dabbing the area. GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING Each order is wrapped in a simple, but special package. There are photos of our packaging in the listing photos.
