Payment Policy
Payment is expected to be completed in full before products are shipped. Large custom orders may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payments are expected in full before custom orders are shipped.
Shipping Policy

Postal delays, losses or theft are not my responsibility, but I will help in any way that I can. I strongly urge you to purchase full insurance on expensive purchases. Shipping fees are never refunded. Because some customers untruthfully claim that items were not received, we will determine this matter by the delivery status of your shipment. You are required to make sure your shipping adress is always accurate.
