Introduction

We believe the customer should be happy. Because of this, we want to make sure that you get what you are looking for, exactly how it should be, high quality.We back all our products with the Monks Honor (https://www.thinkingmonk.com/the-monks-honor).

Payment Policy

We gladly accept credit/debit and paypal for all orders. For custom work, we ask for half up front, and half when finished before delivery. All custom order quotes are estimates, and may be adjusted later as the project deems necessary. This is usually only required for extremely detailed projects (like a custom Civilization board game board for example).

Shipping Policy

We try to be as fair as possible with shipping. Quite often, people get overcharged on shipping when shopping online. In the event that this happens, we will always refund you the amount as soon as possible. We always double check all shipping/handling costs after an order is placed, to ensure that the shipping is fair. We package our products very well, to ensure nothing arrives to you broken or damaged.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns if we are notified within 1 week of arrival, and it is shipped back to us within a 3 week time frame. The buyer assumes the cost for shipping on items returned. For any damaged/broken goods, we gladly replace the item for you. In some cases, we do not require you to send the item back, but ask that you take a picture of the damaged parts so we can send you what is needed. Damaged goods need to be determined within 1 week of arrival.

Other Policies

We gladly accept custom art for engraving on nearly anything we make. We also accept custom orders for anything you may want. Please note, that the base price for custom board game boards usually starts around $500, and goes up from there depending on art, detail, type of wood used, etc. We require half payment up front (after a 2D sketch is drawn).
