Things Made Special's Policies
I'm a firm believer in great customer service and strive to make purchasing from Things Made Special an easy and pleasant experience.
Payments are through PayPal and payable upon placing an order.
Ready made items ship within 3 business days of placing your order. Custom orders will ship within 3 days of completion of item(s). I ship USPS priority mail. All orders will receive a tracking number when their order ships.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds will be made in the case an item is damaged upon receipt or is lost in the mail. In the case of damage, pictures will be required. If you would prefer an exchange, another item will be sent out instead of a refund. Exchanges on new (unused) items can be made if the size or color is wrong. A new order will be sent out as soon as I receive the returned item. Please send it back using a form of shipping that has tracking so there is proof it has been returned. I cannot pay return shipping, but will send out the replacement item with no additional shipping charges.
