Welcome to The Whimsy Box. Thank you for taking the time to read my policy page before ordering. My shop items are designed to make you smile and bring joy to yourself or a friend, loved one, coworker- anyone who needs a touch of whimsy! I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them for you. I look forward to bringing a touch of whimsy to your life!
I am able to receive payments through Pay Pal. As soon as confirmation of payment is received - your item will be processed. Orders will not be processed until we receive payment.
Orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation is received. Items are shipped via FedEx Ground. I will send you the tracking number upon the item shipping so that you can track the package right to your door!
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds will be given on a no-questions-asked basis if we are contacted within 7 days of the buyer receiving the order. If an item is damaged in transit, it will be refunded or replaced at the buyer's discretion. Custom Orders- no refunds or exchanges will be given on custom orders once the order has shipped. Throughout the creation process, several detailed photos will be sent to the buyer to ensure complete satisfaction with the order. The order will not ship until you give it the OK!
