Payment Policy

We accept Paypal. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been discussed with me prior to purchase.

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped by USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I try to ship between 3 - 5 days of payment received. If there is going to be a longer shipping time, I will make sure to let you know, and if there are issues I will try to work with you in every way possible to make sure it's correct. *International Customers* International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions.

Refund & Exchange Policy

*All Custom Orders have a Non-Refundable $50.00 Deposit if the order amount is over that* *All Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable* If an item is damaged or broken during the shipping process if you will contact me and let me know I will either fix it, replace it, or refund your money. I have a seven day policy on items broken in the shipping process. If you receive an item and within 30 days it breaks, I will either repair it or replace it. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me and we will get it fixed.

To me each and every individual one, deserves my one on one attention, and I strive to make sure that each and every customer is happy with their experience at The Wandering Dandelion and that the product they purchased meets or exceeds what they Expect.
