Introduction

My name is Sharon Harper and I am from the 'big ol town' of Garland, NC. I hand craft soy candles just for you. If there is an item or a scent you are looking, just let me know. I am certain, I can make what you need. I strive to provide quality products at an affordable price. I use the best ingredients that I can find on the market, however I do not charge excessive box store prices. I want everyone to be able to enjoy my soy candles, no matter the time of year, economy or your financial status.

Payment Policy

I do accept Paypal payments and prefer instant payment. However, I understand problems arrive or money has not cleared the bank. So, I will allow up to 3 days for payment to clear. I will not ship out your order, until payment has cleared.

Shipping Policy

I usually ship out within 1 day of order and payment clearing. However, I set my policy as 1-3 days shipping, just incase there's any sort of issues. I usually ship USPS, priority mail is my prefered method. However I can get your product(s) to you the safest, quickest and least expensive way.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I want each and everyone of you happy with my service and product. If there is a true problem with the workmanship of an item, we will discuss what can be done. But I can not refund or exchange an item, due to not liking a particular scent. This is why I do sale small items to sample. When your package arrives, please inspect. If there is an issue with a damaged item, please send me a picture and we will work together with USPS to issue a refund and/or reship another item.
