Welcome! I'm a VERY small business (run out of my house, I'm the only maker, and I make all my products myself. I pride myself on excellent quality and customer service. If for ANY reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me and we will see how we can make it right.
Items will not ship until your payment has cleared.
I offer free shipping in the US and ship everything via USPS first class unless it is large enough to need to go in a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate package. I insure all packages over $50 in value. Ready to ship items will ship 1-2 business days after purchase. Shipping time on custom orders depends on the item being made, but generally can be created and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Cancellations: I do not accept cancellations for any reason. Returns: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: -Custom or personalized orders -Sale or clearance items - Jewelry once it has been worn. Should your item be damaged in transit, please take photos of the packaging and the item IMMEDIATELY and contact me within 3 days of item receipt. I will gladly replace an item lost in transit or damaged in transit by the USPS at my cost, and there is no need to return the damaged item. Exchanges: I do not accept exchanges. Refunds I will issue refunds ONLY if the item is 1. in the condition it was when received (undamaged, unworn, unwashed, not stained or dirty), 2. from a smoke-free home, 3. returned withing 30 days of purchase date. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return item back to me. I will issue a full refund (not including return shipping cost) to the original purchaser within 2 business days of my receipt of the returned item.
