The Papery Nook's Policies
What is this store's return and exchange policy? I do offer returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. Personalized items can not be returned. Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? We sure do! How long will it take to receive my order? Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.
The Papery Nook checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, The Papery Nook has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
All orders are handmade and personalized to order. We are not Amazon and do not have a huge inventory in a warehouse. So next day shipping and delivery is just not possible. Please note when your item is marked "shipped" this means your order is packed and ready to ship out, however because we are shipping out hundreds of orders per week, it may be a few days before the item is actually on it's way to you. Our shipping & handling fees cover all shipping materials, and postage costs *If you need a rush order, just let us know. We will do our best to work you in. *Please understand that we are all at the mercy of the Unites States Postal Service while they are usually pretty good about getting packages to you in a timely matter, sometimes they fail. We ask that you have some understanding where this is concerned and not count any shipping issues against our shop. We will do our best to ensure your packages arrive to you safe and on time. Domestic Mail in the USA - Orders will be shipped first class as a standard, however if there are time contraints we will pay to ship it priority. If you are needing a RUSH order EXPRESS mail is available for an additional charge, just message us and we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping costs. International Mail - Global - Orders will be shipped via USPS international first class or priority mail. EXPRESS shipping is available for an additional cost, message us and we will send you an invoice.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We do our very best to write accurate descriptions and provide clear photographs to depict our items. Unless we missed something, all sales are final. Refunds (if approved) are processed on Fridays and can take 3-5 business days to post. If your items were lost or damaged during transit of course we will refund in full after making a claim with the USPS. * There are no refunds on custom or personalized orders as they can not be reused or resold. * There are no refunds on orders, if your address is incorrect. * There are no refunds on stone orders. * There are no refunds on Wishing Trees as they could be used and returned. I would need to provide new trees for all my brides :) * If you have any issues, please contact us, so that we can decide what works best for your unique situation. We do offer exchanges on a case by case basis.
