PayPal and Credit Cards
I ship items via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and U-Ship. If you have a preference, please contact me and I will use your choice of shipping carriers. Additional fees may apply. You should receive your purchase within 10 business days from the day it was shipped. I will keep in contact with you and let you know exactly when it was shipped and give you the tracking number, if I have been given one by the shipping carrier. If you need your package expedited, please let me know and I will do my best to get it to you by the given date. Extra charges will apply.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I prefer to have all items non-returnable. If I have described an item incorrectly or there was an error on my part then please email me ASAP (before leaving negative feedback) and I will do my best to correct the problem. Having a happy customer is the most important thing to me! Make sure your address is correct in Etsy AND PayPal. I will ship to whatever address is provided to me and am not responsible for lost packages if sent to an old address. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you are responsible for shipping the package back AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS NON-RETURNABLE
