Greetings! Thank you for your interest in The French Heart. All of our products are handcrafted using the finest beads, glass and papers available. We pride ourselves on creating romantic, vintage inspired decorative arts of heirloom quality.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards through PayPal. If you are using a credit or debit card, you do not have to have a PayPal account to shop here - just check the option during checkout that allows you to use a credit card. If you are paying with EFT - then, you will have to have set up a PayPal account.

Shipping Policy

I prefer to use USPS Priority Mail. It includes insurance and always arrives within 2 days. We do combine shipping - it will have to be in the form of a refund as this site does not have combined shipping calculations.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All our products are guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return for a refund within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer return shipping.
