I require that any changes & cancellations be made within 24 hours, this includes any custom or personalized gifts.
All orders are shipped within listed processing & shipping dates scheduled at ordering. This shipping time is listed in the listing with shipping price & again on your receipt. During the holiday rush please check my shop announcement for current shipping times. All orders are shipped via USPS shipping & tracking. International shipping is on a case by case basis. International shipping requires me to post the price of merchandise on the custom forms. Please do NOT ask me to mark it as a gift. Buyer is responsible for all custom fees, duties etc...
Refund & Exchange Policy
I try hard to make sure my customers are completely satisfied. If you have an issue, please allow me to rectify the issue BEFORE leaving feedback. Damaged items require a picture of the packaging & the damaged item in order to file the insurance claim. Item must be returned to file an insurance claim. International orders that come up missing, please note that I will wait the entire 6-8 weeks before refunding, as this is the estimated shipping times.
