The Cultured Burl's Policies

Introduction

All of our products are handmade using high quality materials & natural items. We take pride in the work that we do and we want our customers to be pleased with their purchases. If we are not proud of a finished product, we don't sell it. We use a 7 step process of bleaching, staining, conditioning & sealing our driftwood pieces to ensure the best quality. We do not use natural corals due to ecologic concerns. All of our coral pieces are handmade using organic materials.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards through Pay Pal & we accept personal checks. There will be a $25.00 returned check fee for any check that does not clear. No 3rd party checks will be accepted.

Shipping Policy

Shipping prices vary based on the size & weight of items ordered. All items will be shipped using ground rates. Additional charges will incur if customer request rushed delivery.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If an item is not to your liking, return it within 60 days for a full refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Other Policies

All of our products are handmade using many natural materials. Therefore, each item is unique & may contain slight differences in appearance than other similar items.
