Introduction

Welcome to The Crooked Cow Craft Site. We sell also through Etsy.com and we have a personal website that you can visit at thecrookedcow.com as well as through Pinterest and Facebook. Here at this site, you will fine lots of creative hand crafted items for your yard, home, yourself and gifts for others. We are an online shop only but local people who shop with us may pick up at the address listed by appointment and cleared payment.

Payment Policy

At this time we accept Pay Pal. For those who wish to purchase any of our items with a personal check or certified cashiers check and or money order, we will hold your purchase until your method of payment clears. If you are a local shopper, you may contact us and pick up your purchase from us directly minus the shipping fees. State and local taxes will be added to individuals who purchase from our shop residing in Illinois at the time of transaction and shipment.

Shipping Policy

We will combine shipping on items upon request, please contact us before you check out so that we may give you an accurate total for your location. We ship through USPS, Fed Ex and UPS. We ususally ship flat rate on most of our items so that traking and insurance are part of the transction. If item(s) has to be shipped in a different method and insurance or tracking needs to be added to total, this needs to be done before final payment is made. We do not offer refunds and that is why it is important to ask for photos and more information of item(s) before final transaction. We pack our items very carefully but in the event that something happens in transit and item arrives damaged please contact us, with pictures of damage of item and box that it was shipped in so that the carrier cn be contacted to reimburse the damages. Buyer is responsible for appropriate insurance coverage over and above what is included in the shipping method. We only ship within the USA at this time.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds on our items, we want your business and satisfaction so it is very important to ask as many questions as possible and request as many photos of selected item(s) before you check out. In the event of in transit damage, please take photo of damage to item and box and send it to us so that we can assess the insurance coverage of item to be reimbursed through the shipping method as long as the shipment was insured and you the customer requested extra insurance on the item. We will do whatever needs to be don to insure you satisfaction without refunding.

Other Policies

We offer custom orders on most of our hand crafted items, the exception to this is the furniture pieces that have been upcycled and or restored with flair, otherwise you can request different colors, sizes and shapes on our custom items. Please contact us and we can discuss what you would like. We also offer free gift wrapping and enclosed gift card to the special gift recipient. Let us know the details and mailing address and we will confirm with you photos of the item before we mail it to your requested gift recipient.
