Payments are processed through PayPal (please contact me if you'd prefer another method)
I ship via USPS within 1-3 days and include a tracking number every time. Each order is packaged with great care and lots of love so they'll arrive safe and sound. Sometimes packages can take a little longer or the tracking may not update right away. If you notice any weird things going on while in transit please let me know so I can contact USPS for you.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If your order arrives and the color or size isn't what you ordered I'll gladly exchange it right away for you. Please return the item and send the tracking number within 5 days and I'll absolutely cover shipping for the return. If you've changed your mind and no longer want it, if you let me know within 3 days after the tracking says it was delivered I can help you with returning it for a refund. However, shipping will not be refunded. Please make sure your order is correct when purchasing to avoid any unwanted orders. Placed an order and need to cancel? Just let me know within 24 hours and as long as it isn't marked shipped I can help you cancel the order or make any adjustments needed.
I use animal fiber free yarn and keep all materials in a clean room and containers. There's no smoking in my house, ever. And thanks to allergies there aren't strong perfumes either (;
