Introduction

Payment ♥ Payment is accepted via PayPal. ♥ Your order will be processed when payment is cleared. Please be aware that it takes several days for E-Checks via PayPal to clear. Shipping ♥ I will ship to the PAYPAL address unless otherwise noted. Your purchase will be sent within 2 business days after your payment clears or as noted for Made to Order items. Exceptions are only for national holidays and weekends. ♥ I offer free shipping for some smaller items like jewelry. I do my best to estimate as closely as possible what actual shipping charges will be for larger, heavier items. I am happy to find out what exact shipping costs will be. Simply send me a message with the item(s) you'd like to purchase and your zip code. ♥ All items will be carefully packaged for shipping. Most items will be sent via USPS and I will always email you with a tracking number. Some larger, heavier items may be shipped via FedEx or UPS. I will always strive to find the safest, most economical option. ♥ At this time, I can only offer shipping within the United States. ♥ Please contact me if you would like purchase additional shipping insurance or delivery confirmation. I can't be responsible for lost items but if your item arrives damaged please contact me right away so we can rectify the situation. Refunds and Exchanges ♥ I do my best to give detailed information and photograph and accurate descriptions of each item so that you'll know exactly what you can expect to find when you open your package. I'm happy to help. ♥ I want you to love your purchase so if you are not happy with it, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item and we'll figure out a way to make it right. ♥ If you decide to send your item back for a refund, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. I will refund your original purchase price minus any shipping costs once I receive the returned item.
