Payment Policy

We accept payment via PayPal, a safe and quick option to use when ordering online. There is no need to have a PayPal account when ordering, PayPal accepts all major credit cards.

Shipping Policy

We ship most items through FedEx Ground, but please let us know if you need your item rushed. **Expedited items will have an increase in price. Our large cabinets generally ship FedEx Home Delivery. We package each item with the greatest of care so that it will reach you on time with no damages. Tracking numbers are provided with each shipment. We typically quote one to two weeks to ship an order. Custom orders require more time which we will quote at the time the order is placed. If we are experiencing heavy order volumes, we will advise you up front of any additional processing times.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We take great care to provide you with all the details you need before making a purchase and we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us and ask before purchasing. Please keep in mind that since all of our products are made from reclaimed wood there will be natural variances in the wood color and texture. There are no refunds granted due to these varying characteristics. If you are unhappy with your item and we cannot work with you to make it right, we do accept refunds if notified within 14 days of receipt of your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
