All bags are handmade by me using high quality fabrics and materials. Having lived on the coast for the majority of my life, most of my bags have a nautical flare to them.
Paypal is the optimal payment method
All items are shipped within 3-5 business days of payment confirmed. An email will be sent to purchaser with detailed information regarding transaction. Changes are unable to be requested after the order has been submitted so please be sure you have accurate information before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee we can change it after submitted.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Please handle refunds or damages through my contact BEFORE giving any feedback. This way, I can help out with your problem and find a fitting solution. You can send a message through Etsy. Please give a clear subject for me to notice your message right away. When the product is broken, please message or mail me with a detailed description of what part is broken. A refund or replacement can only be ensured when a photo or proper proof is given. You have 10 days to inform me about the damage. Any stated damage after 10 days will not be refunded or replaced. Please note a refund will only be given when the product is returned undamaged and unused or both. Same goes for a replacement, which won't be given when the product is returned damaged or used or both. The refund or the shipping of the replacement will happen AFTER the returned product is properly received by me. You'll receive a message to confirm the arrival of the returned product and when the refund is made or the new product is shipped.
