Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped with in 2 - 3 business days. Most ship with in 24 hours. We ship orders 6 days a week. Excluding holidays and Sundays. Please make sure that your address is correct. If you need the items sent someplace else, please leave a note at check out with the address. If your package ships we will not be able to make any changes to the mailing address. INCORRECT ADDRESSES: If a package is returned due to incorrect address provided at check-out, the buyer will be responsible for additional postage before any items are reshipped. Replacement orders will only be shipped out if the original package is returned to us and the buyer pays for additional postage (shipping and handling.) Unless prior arrangements are made, custom listings will only be held for Three Days *Custom Orders/Wholesale* Payment must be received before we start your order. Wholesale can take up to 4 weeks. Custom Orders can take up to 2 weeks. Please contact us for current turn around times. *Summer Shipping (May thru September) During the warm summer months we only ship Monday thru Thursday. During the Summer months, some products such as soaps or deodorants, may become sticky, or melt slightly, due to sitting in a hot mailbox or truck. We have no control over this. If this happens please allow them to sit in a cool dry room for a couple of hours, or pop them in the fridge for 30 minutes before opening. Please make sure to remove your package from your mailbox as soon as possible. Or have your package sent to an alternate address where the package can be received immediately. During the Winter months some products may harden after sitting in your mailbox. This is normal. Just allow product to come to room temperature before using. We do not test our products on animals. All products are tested on friends and family and used by us every single day. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there will be color variations. All of our ingredients are listed in the individual listings.

Refund & Exchange Policy

*Returns and Refunds* Your happiness is our top priority. If you've never shopped with us before, we strongly suggest ordering samples of our products. This is a great way to try out a new scent or product before buying the full size. *A full refund/product replacement will be issued due to our error. Please contact us within THREE business days. *Valid concerns will be considered on an order by order basis. Additional information may be requested. *If your products arrive damaged, please keep ALL packaging and contact us within THREE business days. You may be required to send a photo and we will probably request that you return the products to us. Once items have been received we will mail out replacement products. **The following do not qualify for Refunds/Returns: *Package being refused *Wrong address provided *Request made after 14 days for Domestic Orders or 45 days for International Orders *Custom Listings, Custom Products or Wholesale Orders *Mystery Bags or Boxes. *Vanilla content in products that discolor.
