Welcome to Sunshine & Clay where you will find hand crafted home décor, jewelry, holiday items & gifts. My name is Shonna & all items are designed & handmade by me. All pieces are made from stoneware clay, glazed & kiln fired. Thank you for your interest in S&C!

Payment Policy

I accept payments through PayPal. Please note that a PayPal account is not required to submit payment through PayPal. If you do not have an account, simply select the PayPal option at checkout and the "Pay Now" button after submitting your order and look for the option to pay with a credit or debit card. Payment must be made in full before the item ships. If payment is not received within 4 days of the order, I will have to cancel.

Shipping Policy

I currently ship ONLY to the US. I do my best to insure that all items arrive quickly & safely. All orders are wrapped in bubble wrap & securely packed in a cardboard box. All orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase(I must receive payment before an item will be shipped). Orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. If you need your package delivered faster, please let me know before purchasing & I will update the shipping with the extra cost.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I want all customers to be happy with their purchase. If your order is not what you expected, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery & I will gladly exchange your item or refund your payment minus the shipping costs. Items must be returned to me within 7 business days & returned in original condition. Refund will be issued when I have the returned item back in my possession in the original condition. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping & these costs will not be refunded. I am not responsible for any damage that occurs to package when it is in the possession of the USPS.

Please Note: All designs are created by hand & there could be slight variations in color or imperfections. These variations are not flaws, but make your item special & unique.
