DISCLAIMER “NUTTY ENVIRONMENT”: Unfortunately, due to the fact that the majority of our products contain nuts, and all of our products are Prepared in a “TREE NUT / PEANUT” Environment. We would recommend that our range of Products are “NOT” suitable for those with Nut / Food Allergies. All Sugar Chef Bakerys' Products are NON-GMO, and we use ORGANIC Ingredients whenever possible. Our Products contain / may contain: Wheat; Eggs; Dairy; Soy Allergens.
This shop processes all payments via PAYPAL, which we have found is the most safe and secure way to pay.
We ship all our items via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. This method allows items to be delivered in approximately 1-2 Days within Los Angeles County; 2-3 business days within California and 4-5 business days outside California, but within the Continental USA. We package all our items very securely, so you can be assured your item will be "IN TACT". Order with confidence if sending as a gift to a friend or loved one. We will even enclose a card of your choice if sending as a gift. Shipping cost is a "FIXED RATE". USPS Large Flat Rate Box, the amount charged, is the current USPS Rate to-date. NOTE: If for some reason, the shipping charge is less than what you paid, you will be reimbursed the difference, we run an honest business :)
Refund & Exchange Policy
PLEASE NOTE: All Sales are final on "FOOD ITEMS". Food Items cannot be returned once we ship out. Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Goal, if you have a concern, please contact us, and we will do our best to fix it!
NOTE: Our Bakery Kitchen is approved and permitted by the Los Angeles County Department of Health and we renew our permit every year. We also adhere to Safe Practices and are SAFE SERV/ANSI Certified, we renew every 2 years, our Certificate renews 2/2020.
