All our Baked Goods are made "WITHOUT" Preservatives, and are NON-GMO. We use Organic Ingredients whenever possible and purchase ingredients directly from our local Farmer's Market. You are getting a Gourmet Quality Product when ordering from us, you can purchase with confidence! All Baked Goods are made-to-order, you will receive a fresh product and a securely packaged product as well.
